Art-Based Corporate Projects
I develop art-based projects with companies, luxury brands, and design houses. Commissions, capsule collaborations, and long-term programmes integrated into the brand’s communication and physical environments.
Who it’s for
Companies, luxury brands, fashion and design houses, hospitality groups, and cultural foundations seeking to integrate contemporary art into their identity, products, retail spaces, and editorial output.
The starting point is the brand’s identity and intent — not a moodboard of available artists.
What’s included
- Strategy — how art aligns with brand identity, positioning, and ESG or cultural commitments
- Artist selection and commissioning
- Capsule collaborations and product partnerships
- Installations for retail flagships, headquarters, and events
- Long-term cultural programmes — residencies, prizes, publications
- Coordination with marketing, design, and architecture teams
The approach
1. Brief
Reading of the brand’s identity, audience, recent communication, and existing cultural commitments. Definition of what the project is meant to achieve, beyond visibility.
2. Concept
A focused proposal: artist or shortlist, format, scope, timeline, budget, distribution. Discussed with marketing, design, and where relevant, architecture.
3. Production
Contract negotiation, fabrication oversight, installation or product launch, communication materials, and post-completion documentation.
Background
ESG is an established area of the practice. Past work includes confidential ESG research with a leading Italian advisory firm and advisory mandates for multi-family offices on the integration of cultural programmes within ESG and CSR commitments.
